Payment Methods: I accept Paypal and Kofi only.

Character Commissions: For non-custom characters, you must provide a clear visual reference of the character you'd like me to draw.

Social Media Posting: Once the commission is done, I may post it on my social media. You won't be mentioned unless you ask.

Commission Approval: I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

Work Period: I alter the days I work on my commissions. For example: Monday I work, Tuesday break day, Wednesday work day and so on. Though I may take breaks sometimes but I will let you know!

Payment Process: For full illustrations, you pay 50% upfront and 50% after I finish the sketch, unless you would like to pay %100 upfront, which will put you on top of the queue list which means I will prioritize your commission. For sketch commissions, payment is upfront.

Payment deadline: Down payment must be paid within a week of confirming the commission, and the rest of the payment must be paid a week after finished sketch is approved. If there is any need to extend your time of payment then let me know!

Commission Updates: I'll let you know when I start working on the commission.

No Refunds: Once paid, there are no refunds.

Timeframe: Commissions may take a week to a month, depending on complexity, my health, school, and other work.

Delays: If there are any delays, I'll inform you.

Final Artwork: You'll receive a full-resolution image. For full illustrations, a Google Drive link will be provided for higher quality.

Changes: A fee applies for alterations unless it's my misunderstanding.

Client Satisfaction: I'll work to make you happy with the commission.

Issue Resolution: If you have problems with the commissioned piece, let me know promptly so we can find a solution together.

Custom Terms: Some terms can be adjusted if discussed before I start your commission.

Refund if I Can't Start: If I can't start your commission, you'll receive a full refund.

Chargeback Consequences: Unauthorized chargebacks result in loss of rights to the commissioned piece, and I may continue to use it as I see fit. You'll be blacklisted from future commissions.

Client Non-Compliance: If the client violates any terms, they lose all rights to the artwork, and I can use it further as I wish. Changes can be discussed before payment.

As the artist (Dogi), I retain the rights to the commissioned artwork.

I have the right to use the artwork for self-promotion, including on my website, social media, and more.

I can publish books containing the artwork (e.g., artbooks).

I can post the artwork wherever I choose.

Buyer may not claim the artwork as their own.

Buyer may not alter the artwork without my permission.

I have complete rights to the image and its use, unless we agree otherwise. You can purchase rights for non-personal use if needed.

The buyer may use the commissioned piece for personal use, including sharing it on your social media and forums. (with credit)

The buyer may print the artwork for personal use, but may not claim the artwork as their creation.
